Die idiopathische thrombozytopenische Purpura (ITP, neuerdings eher Immunthrombozytopenie genannt, auch Purpura haemorrhagica, thrombozytopenische Purpura, Autoimmunthrombozytopenie, immunthrombozytopenische Purpura) ist eine Autoimmunkrankheit, die die Thrombozyten (Blutplättchen) betrifft.
